NAGA CITY (November 3) - The Department of Agriculture- Regional Field Office V (DA-RFO 5), in partnership with the Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center 5 and Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship Foundation, Inc.- Go Negosyo, spearheaded the launching of the KAPATID AGRI MENTOR ME PROGRAM (KAMMP) on October 30, 2017 at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City. 

The program is a component of the KAPATID Project of the PCE-Go Negosyo which aimed to help the micro, small and medium entrepreneurs scale up their businesses thru coaching and mentoring sessions by business owners/ practitioners on different functional areas of entrepreneurship.

DA 5 Regional Executive Dir. Dr. Elena B. de los Santos said, that  after the Launching, three (3) batches of Training on Kapatid Agri-Mentor Me Program with a duration of three (3) days will be conducted starting early next year. Thirty participants per batch will be selected from the SMEs who attended the launching following the criteria to include: Active into farming/agriculture; have at least 5 years  experience in agriculture/farming; have a recommendation letter from partners or local officials; preferably  a member of the Agri-Based Organizations, and willing to attend  sessions on  specified  schedules and be willing to enter into a Contract of Commitment.
